The hotel had excellent amenities - a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, golf course, and on site restaurant. There was cold flavoured water available in the lobby - we recommend the staff advises filling up your water bottles when you check in, as the rooms do not have water bottles available in the mini fridge. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows. We also appreciate the staffs help giving us white wine glasses, so we did not have to drink our Chardonnay out of plastic cups. Breakfast was delicious as well, we received a warm greeting when we arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to see baked beans available on the hot bar. Get your fill of sausages while they're available, breakfast is stopped serving promptly at 930 am.

Well, I can say the staff is always very friendly and helpful! This is my 5th time staying here and its always pleasant and I'll be a repeat customer for sure. The one thing I love about this place it is always clean!!

Staff were so kind at the breakfast. I particularly loved how one waitress sarcastically said 'You're welcome' as guests weren't thanking her - we need more people like and it made my day! I made sure to thank her and she was very polite as I left. The food was ok.

The hotel is clean and the desk staff friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was given the extra blanket requested. The location is great if you would like to be near the highway as well as shopping. There is a restaurant on site if you like sports bars

The outside needed some work but the inside looked newly renovated and was very nice. The staff were incredibly nice and I was so impressed with the courtesy phone call after checking in to ask if we were satisfied and if we needed anything. I was very impressed with that

The location was really close to the QEW, which was handy for our trip with family to Niagara Falls, but not noisy, as is sometimes the case when that close to a major highway.

The property was in a good location as it was close to different places we wanted to go. It was close to the highway but we did not hear it. The best thing about the property was the staff. They were SO friendly and kind. Right from the front desk people to the people who did laundry and cleaned rooms. Everyone greeted you with a smile and were happy to do anything to make our stay better. The kitchen staff were also excellent. Very few times have we had someone pick up our dishes at a hotel breakfast, but they did here! There was a great variety of food and the staff were quick to replenish anything that needed. I’m not sure how they have done it, but they have great, friendly people working here.

We liked the hotel and the room and staff. The only thing we weren't too happy with was the bathroom. It was small for the size of the room and the toilet continued to run after flushing. The stopper flap kept getting stuck and didn't always close causing the toilet to run. We had to jiggle the handle repeatedly to fix the issue. Other than that our stay was great.

The Guest Service Manager Tami is the gem of the hotel. To any question I had, she provided the perfect solution, and every interaction was just so enjoyable. She is super friendly and helpful, and made me and my friend feel very special and welcome at the hotel. The interactions with her made my stay a very memorable one.
